Primer for All
NIRLAT professional coating product for the stated application. Follow the product technical data for substrate preparation, dilution, application method, coverage and drying requirements.
Water-based, one-component acrylic adhesion primer developed to improve topcoat adhesion on difficult and smooth surfaces. Suitable for galvanized metal, aluminium, various plastics, fibreglass, ceramic, glass and laminate/Formica surfaces.
Remove dust, grease, loose rust, blistered old paint and other contaminants. Clean with thinner or a degreasing detergent, rinse with water, then lightly abrade the surface and completely remove sanding dust. Test first on a small inconspicuous area to confirm compatibility.
Stir well and apply a thin, as-complete-as-possible coat by brush, roller or spray. Do not apply excessively thickly and do not try to completely hide the substrate. Apply the topcoat at least 24 hours after priming.
Dilute with water up to a maximum of 20%.
Touch dry: approximately 30 minutes. Ready for handling: approximately 2 hours. Minimum waiting time before topcoat: 24 hours.
